Need to return an item? Email [email protected] within 60 days of receiving your order to request return authorization. Returns are accepted by mail only.

Eligibility

Only new, unused, unopened items in their original packaging are eligible for a standard return. If an item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, describe the issue and attach clear photos for review.

How to Request a Return

Copy the email template below, complete all fields, and send it to [email protected].

Subject: Return Request – Order #[Order Number] Hello Customer Support, I would like to request a return for the following item(s): Order number: Full name: Email used at checkout: Delivery date: Item name(s) and quantity: Reason for return: Item condition: I have attached photos where relevant. Please review my request and send me the return authorization, printable return shipping label, and return instructions. I understand that I am responsible for return shipping costs. Thank you.

Return Approval and Printable Label

Our support team will review your request and may ask for more information. If approved, we will email you the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA), a return shipping label that you can download and print, the confirmed return address, and packing instructions. Returns are accepted by mail only. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, including the cost of the return label.

Please wait for approval and the return instructions before sending your package.

Pack and Ship

Pack the approved items securely with the original packaging, accessories, and included components. Put your order number and RMA number inside the package. Print and attach the return label, remove or cover old labels, and send the return by mail using the carrier stated in our instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Keep the drop-off receipt and tracking number until the return is completed.

Refund

After the returned package arrives, we will inspect it and email you the result. Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method according to the timeframe in our Returns & Refunds Policy. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to display the refund. Return shipping costs and return label costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, request a return and place a separate new order.
