Where do you ship?

We offer free standard shipping within the United States. Expedited shipping is not available. See our Shipping Policy for details.

How long does delivery take?

Processing normally takes 1–2 business days. After dispatch, standard shipping normally takes 2–9 business days. Total estimated delivery time is 3–11 business days. These estimates exclude weekends and U.S. public holidays and are not guaranteed.

What is the daily order cutoff?

The cutoff is 2:00 PM PT, Monday–Friday. Orders placed after the cutoff may begin processing on the next business day.

How do I request a return?

Contact [email protected] with your order number. Eligible items may be returned within 60 days of receipt. Obtain an RMA and follow the instructions in our Returns & Refunds policy before shipping an item back. Returns are by mail only. Approved returns receive a downloadable and printable return label, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Contact us immediately. Changes or cancellations can only be requested before the order has been processed for shipment and cannot be guaranteed once processing has started.
